Football Manager 2011 iPhone review

The King of management games hit the iPhone in the form of a tent 2011 $9.99 app Football Manager, to provide a rich experience of football managers on the go, but this attempt worthy of mention?

Football manager 2011 supports 11 competitions and 34 divisions, which should meet most of the players. All big leagues include the Barclay, Serie A and the Primera division championship. It is finally possible to relive the intensity of a Barca - Madrid game anywhere you go.

Opportunities

Unlike its PC counterpart, the version of the iPhone is accessible to players of all levels with a simple layout. The style of buttons and drop-down big makes it easy to find all possible options without scratching heads or research of the interwebs increasingly broader guides. It is however also a con because 2011 Football Coach for the mobile market is in no way comparable to the real thing.

This becomes particularly evident in the decisions-pitch for the club management. For example, Scouts can not be purchased and cannot send to Rideau regions, away from the PC version. And financial control is even more race to the bottom, here there is no way to improve the trunk of the club or even read in numbers, instead, the game offers a simple budget and suggests that. On the flip side, unusual events that the game takes into account, in my game a rich owner resumed, granting more than 60 m from transfer fees, an overview of the depth.

To end this part on a positive node, with methods of access easy (although nudes basics), football coach works at the speed of the Flash on an iPhone 3GS or 4. This was very encouraging and dependence to continue, despite the lack of features. I finished 4 seasons with my local club in as a week - a feat never succeeded with the PC version before.

Tactics

Fortunately, the team tactics go deep enough despite the lack of firepower out iDevices now. Players can quickly move between the intentions, passing styles, pressure or not etc. Still more digging deep and a multitude of endless training is available in the comfort of the fingertips, pretty good stuff for a mobile footie!

The matches are shown on the map of trademark of the series with points system used for many years earlier in the Decade. Each point represents a player and the movement and passes are displayed realistic for most of the time - times silly definitively arose time to time. More of a downer, is the fact that the game will only display highlights, race to the low any remaining hopes for a deeper more profound football experience.

Conclusions

Football manager 2011 for iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad is a great pilot for the series. This is simply great to take advantage of FM experience on a mobile device. Gameplay moves quickly and some features provide an overview of the feature-rich big brother provided to managers of PC a few years already. With this Football Manager for the iPhone is a purchase recommended for light Manager experience when on the go.

iBomber defence iPhone and iPad Game Review

If you have never played iBomber you know that you take the role of flight of an airplane with a ground bird view below that bombard you. Now in iBomber defense play you reverse whereby you place turrets and anti air units on land airplanes, vehicles and vessels to non-existence. Essentially, this is the Tower Defence game.

The main campaign includes 22 levels with the waves composed of 20-40 in each which will be held in North Africa and Russia in Europe. Levels all have place on different land which you think truly strategically. Some levels take place on high land, some on the very low and then there is the variety of enemies to be presented in each wave to consider what makes you completely rethink your strategy every time. Draw your towers and defences really need to think hard about. This is the game fresh and interesting.

Ground units and ships, aircraft, enemies attacking your defenses which means money that you earn to destroy the enemy will go to repair your tours ect otherwise they will return in ruins. Of course, like all Tower Defense games you can upgrade your defense with money as well. This is unnecessary if leave you too many enemies in your database, because this is the game but it is not always game on. iBomber defence has a feature very cool, nicknamed as "rewind" giving you the ability to essentially back in time in the game which allows then to tighten your defence before those making waves again. It's a feature that has seriously helped me out when I thought I was on the verge of doom.

Controls are very simple. To build a defense that you just tap on it with your finger to the bottom of the screen and drag it onto the field and the place where ever you want. Available defenses are not as much as we have seen in some of the Tower Defence games but nevertheless they are all very well done. As the machine gun towers, guns, Age of Empires, launch of anti-vehicle, AA (anti air), Sabotage towers etc.... To upgrade operate you again on a tower and you have the option to upgrade if you have enough cash. Controls are very simple game played at ease.

The graphics are very vivid cartoony as with headlines of iBomber. I love the colours of block bright it gives the game a really good feel to it. Lands are very different in appearance depending on the destination as the Russia, whereby certain lands featured in Europe levels will be based dessert and some will be based on the meaning of sea more planes and boats. Enemies are very well designed and physics is the best we have seen in any defense tower game for iPhone and iPad.

In terms of sound quality arms all very rich sound and applies similarly to blast enemies ect. The soundtrack of iBomber is also here that is always a good thing, but there isn't really much with sound, you can do in the Tower Defense game.

Overall, iBomber defence is our favorite on the iPhone Tower Defense game and iPad. With 22 action packed levels, easy controls, crisp graphics and some serious strategic thinking, this is a great addictive game play this holiday.

Rally Master Pro 3D iPhone and iPad Game Review

Rally racing games have always been a little more interesting that the standard runner rally Master Pro 3D should be until my street.

The game has three main modes career, trail time and adrenaline. De plus, 27 racetracks on in various weather conditions of rain to the Sun. Your conduct will be entirely different in the way you handle your car crazy mixing different terrain and weather conditions, illustrated the track. All this adds to the fun and this is what the rally.

The only mode that I played was career and that is essentially you drive your car around the track before the timer runs. The faster move you the line finish line over your reward is either bronze, a Gold Ribbon. This is me time tests, so I'm not sure of what will be the mode. Once you fill out a race you unlock another ect ect. Because the Fishlabs have implemented a system of damages in rally Master Pro 3D if smash you and crash your car, that will not only show visually, but you have to play a mini game repair for the next race. Having a car damaged also decreases performance.

Controls are fairly simple, you guide can either choose on touchscreen controls or to use the motion controls. I found the movement control worked better for me and proved to be much more fun. Acceleration is controlled by a screen on the lower right side, even with the brake. All controls are fully customizable to suit you well.

Graphically it's really good. Different environments are well detailed and offer lots of textures, colors and lighting effects. Talk of the lighting effects one of my favorites of the graphical elements in rally master Pro must be the way the sun light bounces windshields of cars. Little touches like this are regarded with weather conditions, such as when it's raining and the PRD gradually disappears from your screen. Physics is too realistic and damage of car in place systems is enough to add some nice challenge and strategy is visually very impressive too with the teeth and scuffs superb research.

The soundtrack to the main proceedings is so retro rally which is always a good thing in my book. Engines Rev, different land when led on and all sounds are too spot on. The only element of sound which really got on my nerves a bit was the car in instructor who told you that next corner will be and how to take it just like the real rally. But this guy just gets irritating for some reason, I am sure that you can disable it.

Overall rally Master Pro 3D is one of the best games of rally on the App Store. In addition, you have to buy a version that can be played on iPad, iPhone or iPod touch. Exceptional graphics, nice sound, really nice realistic gameplay and thy doing, rally Master Pro 3D ticks all the boxes for a rally game.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 iPhone Game Review

Battlefield Bad Company 2 has been a success on the PS3 and Xbox 360 so see it introduced a portable game should be interesting.

With the launch of 2 N.O.V.A. same day of his release, Battlefield Bad Company 2 had a serious competition when it comes to the SPF. The campaign main packs 14 short missions in 5 zones of battle various desert and snow in the jungle environments.

With a decent selection of weapons and explosives bombs keeping guns pistols fresh campaign is a real relief for this title. You can drive tanks autour and fire also helicopters. Missions are very varied with distributed in each of the different tasks. Some missions that you ordered to meet the enemies of all firearms, but others say stealthily on them in stealth. Implemented a combat system helps you by fundamentally just hide behind barriers.

The pure and simple controls suck. There are few facilities various controls to the choice, but all didn't work that well and attitude feel natural. I've used Setup control had a button to fire on the screen, but lacked a stick of joy on-screen because even after it is drawn. For this I just dragged the left side of the screen on the right, left, top and bottom worked terribly and sometimes did not respond at all. The precision of the movement was not this great designed with either the firearm. Especially when research through the sight of iron, an estimated just sluggish. Then there are the vehicles that you can drive as controlled as brother and weapons 1 tank. Having bad controls really lets down the whole game.

Graphics seem pretty decent but textures are not detailed which is unexpected for a FPS at the moment on the iPhone. The environments look good, but some have been more work put into their visually than others which is a huge shame. Cannons look well polished and physics in tir etc. is drawn from the wells. Vehicles appear to be good and enemies die and react realistically slightly. But it feels as if he could be more Polish in global graphics.

The sound is fair to say. Now I don't know if this is a problem with iPhone 4, but in the cut scenes of dubbing is so quiet. Goes through the play with pictures of explosions and guns all seeming lifeless, it's like a tin can is on top on all sound effects.

The multiplayer is not reviewable because we all be launched servers which never allowed us to try the different modes on offer and it is lost a universal problem.

Global Battlefield Bad Company 2 is a really low game. The campaign has some really nice features but bad checks, not quite polished graphics, terrible audio and multiplayer who doesn't is a game not recommendable.

Storm runner uber 3D - sand iPhone and iPad Game Review

Set in a futuristic revelation. Uber runner 3D - storm sand may be the next best rider of arcade on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

Career plays across a 31 day month. Every day can have a single event or could go all the way up to ten. In these events you can race through ten different environments such as the desert, obscenity, forest, seaside etc. More than twelve cars are also packaged in the blend with each style very different races / feel. Sometimes for dirt tracks, you will want to choose a buggy in the handle, you can derive and land those jumps with grand some suspension, choose a banger, and you'll be in circles. This element of choice really adds to experience games and enjoyment.

Tracks are very well design with sharp corners narrow and buildings which have decreased half to get in your way. There is a line of racing, giving you guidance in the way to go, but you can break from that and discover your own itineraries which you accelerate as underground parking and circumvention.

The controls are very basic, which is always good for an arcade racer. To accelerate, you touch the right side of the screen you can move your finger on the right side and virtual Accelerator follows your finger, I thought it was pretty neat. To guide the runner Uber use you accelerometer, I had absolutely no problem with the controls.

Graphically, the game is very impressive. The element that the chart I noticed first reading Uber runner was the lighting effects. Race around of a corner and suddenly I am blind with an apocalyptic Sun, but these lighting effects really help make top notch graphics. Textures, shadows and colours are also very good and the correct impression. Physics is on the top of the page and unrealistic, but it's fantastic for an arcade racer. Landing on bumps and breaking cars in other cars and obstacles are so much fun to do and see with superb damage implemented system.

The music tracks used give the game an epic sense of pace. Sound effects for the engines of cars are very fatty, it is a joy to hear and then accelerate and practice. But the Mad processor games have implemented 3D sound. It worked really well for me with a helmet and essentially you gives a sensation where vehicles are placed on the road if there behind or in front. It works very well and represented where vehicles are perfectly.

Global Runner Uber 3D - sandstorm is a runner from absolute wonderful arcade for iPhone and iPad. With a wide variety of tracks and vehicles, outstanding graphics and sound epic, it is a must for arcade racing fans.

FMX Riders iPhone Game Review

FMX Riders is a style arcade motocross off-road racer. Providing that a large amount of content live until we initially thought of the title in our preview.

Features 4 game modes, freestyle mode allows you to do tricks on your bike to get a high score. Race mode is our obligatory expected mode whereby you race around to track competition against other players, the other two modes are time attack and hot lap. All modes are managed by of the world circuit in which you play 9 towers which is where these methods come into play. When you complete these visits you earn the money you spend on the opening of a new tour to progress through the game.

In terms of difficulty, the game gets very difficult on some subsequent visits who lost a good thing for those who love a challenge. Speed ect bikes adds to this challenge with the increasing amount of DC across. Due to different modes for each variety Tower is here so that you don't get bored. Perform tricks to collect boosts which can be activated in any situation. Pulling tricks is great fun and adds even more variety to the game.

A feature very pure FMX Riders can do is play your iPod or your iPhone 4 touch 4th generation directly on your TV through component or composite cable. This works really well and shows enormous potential for future games. It is a shame, you can use older devices for this also.

The controls are very simple with the acceleration of the car and tilt controls created as standard but you lead with on screen controls. Braking is done on screen and the same goes for execution tips and use of your boosts. Overall I found easy to use controls.

Charts are obviously very cartoony seemingly lost much. Colour bright nice used bikes, players and terrain textures feels right at home. I particularly liked the dessert terrain and snow, I thought that they were well designed and obtained great pleasure of riding around them. Physics but need some work, FMX Riders has the possibility to perform tricks for a good physics engine behind all this is essential. However it does not exist and what makes some very clumsy landings.

Sound quality of the bicycle is noisy and very spot on Motocross. Accident, pulling tricks and sound effects boost are all made well also. Background music is really beautiful and gets the right mind also.

The FMX Riders together is a huge amount of fun and offers a beautiful variety of things to do. With the addition of IDRC support for online racing game, it is an extraordinary game.

NOVA 2 iPhone game Review

When we heard the announcement of N.O.V.A. (near Orbit Vanguard Alliance) 1 last year, we have been delighted. A game that offers a huge campaign, super graphics online and epic for the iPhone and iPod touch are common to the Bank application, as it is today. N.O.V.A. has pushed the limits on the iPhone, but on all portable game consoles. So we were very pleased to hear there is a sequel released this Christmas.

Do not to ruin the story, but it is your character Kal has been called new to save humanity from an alien invasion. The story is very easy to follow, is not in your path and is pleasant.

N.O.V.A. 2 is jam packed with action, you can be a 20 seconds without having to shoot or blow something. This does is boring but by Gameloft paste a ton of weapons and powers in the mixture and a fantastic upgrade system if you create yourself by yourself. Enemies are much more strategic and the whole system AI has been greatly improved.

It is not accurate weapons Gameloft went on transport too. The previous N.O.V.A. had no controllable vehicle that now you can blast autour on a motor bike. But the motor bike is nothing compared to the giant mech that get you around. The mech is an amazing addition, see huge environments with land, trees, water ect Gameloft built really shows how much time and effort has gone to make this absolutely perfect game.

In terms of controls, I found myself in gyroscope that provides the maximum precision for shooting your enemy. But if you do not have a gyroscope to your iPhone or iPod touch do not worry, you can use the controls screen on which are fully customizable as the previous N.O.V.A. I have found to travel to the powers and shooting all very simple and natural to screen controls on.

The graphics have a Word to describe their "WOW!" They are beautifully stunning grass water. The amount of detail that went into the design, shape, texture, lighting is remarkable. Details on each separate gun makes it feel different in terms of weight and scale, which is not always the case with the SPF on the iPhone. Enemies look much more clear and more fluid the previous N.O.V.A. Vehicles are also designed really well and especially with the mech and depth of field, you are looking at her. They will so graphically but gambling deposit surroundings even on older devices.

The sound is on a par with the graphics. Soundtracks and textures to levels created by orchestras which makes it very epic game sensation. Cooking of the sound effects are all unique and very well done is performed at every single element of his game has, including the voice acting.

Replay value is omitted here either with Deathmatch, Deatnmatch featuring multiplayer online team capture the flag, gel and Instagib tags. It does not stop there Gameloft have lost everything and gave us ten cards that are playable on via ten players.

Overall, N.O.V.A. 2 could be simply the best game that we played on the iPhone and iPod touch this year. A torrid amount of content with an impressive career, guns, a system upgrade, vehicles (including a mech), superb graphics, music, epic, addictive ass online and bad enemies, this should not be missed.

NOVA 2 iPhone Game Review

When we heard the announcement of N.O.V.A. (Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance)1 last year we were ecstatic. A game which offered a huge campaign, awesome online and epic graphics for the iPhone and iPod touch wasn't common within the App Store like it is today. N.O.V.A. pushed the boundaries not just on the iPhone but on all portable gaming consoles. So we were delighted to hear there would be a sequel released this Christmas.
Not to ruin the story but the gist of it is your character Kal has been called up once again to save humanity from an alien invasion. The story is very easy to follow, doesn't get in your way and is enjoyable.
N.O.V.A. 2 is jam packed with action, you can't go a 20 seconds without having to shoot or blow up something. This doesn't get boring however due to Gameloft sticking a ton of weapons and powers into the mix and a fantastic upgrade system so you can build yourself by yourself. Enemies are lot more strategic now and the whole AI system has been dramatically improved.
It's not just weapons Gameloft have gone all out on it's transportation too. The previous N.O.V.A. had no controllable vehicles whereas now you can blast around on a motor bike. But the motor bike is nothing when compared to the giant mech you ride around on. The mech is an incredible addition, seeing out into the huge environments with the terrains, trees, water ect Gameloft have built really shows how much time and effort has gone into making this game absolutely perfect.
In terms of controls I found myself using the gyroscope which offers the maximum precision for shooting at your enemy. But if you don't have a gyroscope within your iPhone or iPod touch not to worry you can use the on screen controls which are fully customisable much like the previous N.O.V.A. I found aiming, moving, using powers and shooting all very easy and natural to do with the on screen controls.
The graphics have one word to describe them 'WOW'! They are superbly stunning, from the grass to the water. The amount of detail that has gone into design, shape, textures, lighting is remarkable. The detail on each separate gun makes them feel different in terms of weight and scale which isn't always the case with FPS's on the iPhone. Enemies look a lot crisper and fluid compared to the previous N.O.V.A. The vehicles are also designed really well and especially with the mech and depth of field you experience from looking out on it. Their is so much going on graphically but the game doesn't drop a frame even on older devices.
The sound is on par with the graphics. Soundtracks and textures within levels have been created by orchestras which makes the game feel very epic. Firing sound effects are all unique and done very well which is carried out with every single element of sound the game has, especially the voice acting.
Replay value is not forgotten here either with online multiplayer featuring Deathmatch, Team Deatnmatch, Capture the Flag, Freeze Tag and Instagib. It doesn't stop there Gameloft have gone all out and given us Ten Maps which are playable on via ten players.
Overall N.O.V.A. 2 might just be the best game we've played on the iPhone and iPod touch this year. A scorching amount of content with an awesome career, guns, an upgrade system, vehicles (including a mech), superb graphics, epic music, addictive online and bad ass enemies this should not be missed.
