FMX Riders is a style arcade motocross off-road racer. Providing that a large amount of content live until we initially thought of the title in our preview.
Features 4 game modes, freestyle mode allows you to do tricks on your bike to get a high score. Race mode is our obligatory expected mode whereby you race around to track competition against other players, the other two modes are time attack and hot lap. All modes are managed by of the world circuit in which you play 9 towers which is where these methods come into play. When you complete these visits you earn the money you spend on the opening of a new tour to progress through the game.
In terms of difficulty, the game gets very difficult on some subsequent visits who lost a good thing for those who love a challenge. Speed ect bikes adds to this challenge with the increasing amount of DC across. Due to different modes for each variety Tower is here so that you don't get bored. Perform tricks to collect boosts which can be activated in any situation. Pulling tricks is great fun and adds even more variety to the game.
A feature very pure FMX Riders can do is play your iPod or your iPhone 4 touch 4th generation directly on your TV through component or composite cable. This works really well and shows enormous potential for future games. It is a shame, you can use older devices for this also.
The controls are very simple with the acceleration of the car and tilt controls created as standard but you lead with on screen controls. Braking is done on screen and the same goes for execution tips and use of your boosts. Overall I found easy to use controls.
Charts are obviously very cartoony seemingly lost much. Colour bright nice used bikes, players and terrain textures feels right at home. I particularly liked the dessert terrain and snow, I thought that they were well designed and obtained great pleasure of riding around them. Physics but need some work, FMX Riders has the possibility to perform tricks for a good physics engine behind all this is essential. However it does not exist and what makes some very clumsy landings.
Sound quality of the bicycle is noisy and very spot on Motocross. Accident, pulling tricks and sound effects boost are all made well also. Background music is really beautiful and gets the right mind also.
The FMX Riders together is a huge amount of fun and offers a beautiful variety of things to do. With the addition of IDRC support for online racing game, it is an extraordinary game.
